Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Not opened or tampered with (for hygiene reasons — lip gloss, serums, etc.)

Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Wigs that have been worn or altered

Refunds Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
